Thank you for your interest in submitting to our first annual Breaking Glass Project.

The DEADLINE for submitting for the 2013 project is June 1, 2013.​

Before you begin please be sure to be able to confirm the following information​.



1. Are you a female choreographer?
2. Are you between the ages of 18-30 (as of 8/10/13)?
3. Do you reside in New York City or are you willing to travel with your dancers at your expense if you are selected for the project?

STEP 3: Email the link to your 5-7 minute work sample to ​breakingglass@elscodance.org​​​​​​​​​​ with your full name in the subject line.

Please ensure this link is active through July 1, 2013!

4-6 Selected choreographers will be notified and announced before

July 15, 2013.



Please note the following!

​

Breaking Glass Project Performance is scheduled for August 10, 2013.

​

Selected participants must be available the week leading up to the performance date for mentoring sessions and tech rehearsals.



Selected participants will be required to sign an agreement outlining the terms of participation, including a waiver and permission to use video, photo and documentation footage of their process during the project.



All applicants will be invited to participate in the BGP Linkedin group regardless of selection for the final project so that they can also be supported during the year and hopefully resubmit for the 2014 project.
